What'll it cost?

bBoing is free. The only fee is the cost of sending a text message, which is about 10 cents or less, depending on your cell plan.

Does it work with every cell phone carrier?

Yes! We use an aggregator, so if you're in the U.S. and have a cell phone, you can use bBoing.

Cingular customers: We have experienced some issues with Cingular as they switch their network over to AT&T Wireless. We apologize and expect these issues to be resolved shortly.

Do I have to enter my email address every time I use bBoing?

Nope, just once. After that, we keep track of your phone number and email address and automatically enter it for you.

So now that you've got my number and email address, are you going to spam my phone and inbox?

No! You'll never receive information from bBoing or our clients that you do not specifically request. As with many email programs, bBoing gathers aggregate data regarding recipient open rates and clicked links so that we can measure the success of a campaign for our clients. But don't worry, no identifying information is ever included in the report.

Are the emails you send CAN-SPAM compliant?

Yep. It will always be clear who the email is from and what it's regarding. Contact information will be provided, and you'll always have the opportunity to unsubscribe from the service.

What if I decide I want to stop the service?

While we hope you find bBoing valuable, you can terminate service at any time by simply not using it. However, if you're concerned that the tooth fairy might use your phone to bBoing in the middle of the night, sending the keyword STOP to 226464 will guarantee that won't happen.
